This one will cut you short and argue with you to not test you further. Will not listen to your concerns and jump to conclusions that you're making things up about illness. I understand they're all being milked by this ridiculous doctor factory system, but stay away if you want quality care.

I realized that I ran out of both my blood pressure medications so I requested a refill for both of them through Mychart. She approved one even though she did not see me in almost 2 years, the second medication she refused to refill even though they go together. She said I must be seen. Makes zero sense. I was offered an appointment FIVE days later but she still refused to write a prescription to hold me over. I got 3 emergency pills from my pharmacy then I had to go to urgent care because my BP was skyrocketing. She was aware and did not care. When I did see her, she rushes through the examination. Please go to someone that cares about their patients. Last thing you want is someone that treats their patients like they’re just items on an assembly line.

Dr. Dianalan shows genuine concern for the wellness of her patients. She always try to get to the root cause of my ailment and if the need arises to refer; she will ensure that that person can provide the best care that will address the condition. She is easily reached via messages; and responds promptly. She listens, she hears and responds appropriately. You feel better after the visit. She is a blessing. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a doctor who truly cares.

Worst experience with a doctor. I made an appointment about a problem I had. She barely examined me and lied about writing me a prescription. When I went to the pharmacy to pick up the prescriptions, they said there was only one instead of the two she said she wrote. She also kept rushing me out saying you have 15 minutes, you have 15 minutes. She was so rude and unprofessional. I would give her negative stars if I could. She acted like I was a free patient or something. Evil doctor.
