Johan is an excellent doctor, spoke to me on my native language (Spanish) when I had trouble understanding. She was very patient and friendly, and explained every step of the PAP as she was taking the sample. Loved her

I drove all the way there, waited in the reception area for over an hour past my appointment time. Never saw the doctor. No one apologized or came to update me. This was for a new patient appointment. They had the nerve to tell me to arrive 15 minutes before my appointment and I waited for over an hour.

Dr. Picard has excellent bedside manner. She was very down to earth and truly took the time to listen to any concerns I had. Also, she voiced concerns regarding some things doctors ignored previously.

Was quick not thorough. Not good bedside manner.
The doctor did a quick visit in the hospital. She was not thorough and not very good bedside manner. She want not gentle in taking care.

Dr Picard is an outstanding professional. She has a great balance of friendliness and professionalism that makes you look forward to all the prenatal visits, and feel confindent on the delivery table. She puts patients first; making sure all her patients get seen even when unexpected events delay everyones appointment. She was very understanding, patient and informative during the prenatal visits, and she made my delivery go very smoothly.
