Great doctor. Terrible office management; only uses his answering service.

Mr. Andrew met with me in person in his office and agreed to accept me as a new patient; when requesting confirmation of receipt of prior medical records via answering service, via voice mail staff confirmed receiving records. When I called to make an appointment the phone was always answered by an answering service during regular business hours, never by staff. Left multiple messages over a period of weeks requesting an appointment, never received a return call. Answering service stated "... not accepting new patients."

Provider shows he's taking a new patient when he isn't. Needs to update his information with the provider. Disappointing.

Nice man. Getting along in years. Horrible office. Called about a prescription change and talked to office administrator who assured me she would check and get right back to me. No reply. 3 days later left a message. 3 more days, left another message. 3 more days, stopped by his office and talked directly with admin. another week has gone by - still no response.

Dr Andrew was my dr for many years, I didn't see him real often but when I needed him the most,he wrote me a letter after 17 years telling me he would not treat me! A letter not even a reason!! He new how sick I was and left me with no care!! This was the most frightening time of me and my family's life!!! He never did much of anything to help me!!!
