INCONSIDERATE and UNPROFESSIONAL
Dr Bailey is inconsiderate in the least. I saw him on a monday, and it took him and his office THREE WEEKS of beating around the bush and playing phone tag with Ms. MICHELLE behind the desk, to decide to get back to me and tell me that they were going to make NO adjustments to the ADMITTEDLY inadequate medication regiment that I am currently on by another doctor.Ms. MICHELLE also took it upon herself to VOID my very important, medical equipment order with the medical supply store, AFTER Dr. Bailey had put in the order because, they didnt want to submit the appropriate paperwork for me in order to recieve said medical equipment in a timely manner. She submitted it, whereafter I called the medical supply myself to corroborate. But then a week later, my order was reported to been VOIDED by Ms. MICHELLE herself.I drove 2 hrs away from my home to Dr Bailey for help and all he did was lead me on for three weeks and get my hopes up for help, only to crush them three weeks later.

Wrong diagnosis by not listening to the symptoms
Visit was short (5-10 min) didn’t order x-ray or ask questions about symptoms. Didn’t have cervical pain, but insisted I buy a tens unit and collar. My problem was in thoracic disks. He left the room before I could get any kind of answers. No contact back from the staff to me for 3 weeks, still insisting I had cervical problems.

I have seen Dr. Bailey for many years and he is always very thorough in his assessment of what is happening. He has performed more than one surgery on me (as I am unfortunately falling apart LOL) and the results are always good. I have had carpal tunnel surgery, shoulder surgery, total knee replacement done and trust him and his staff. The office staff is very personable and treats me with the utmost respect.

Went to Dr Bailey for fractured arm. He didn't even take the brace off that the ED put on. He told me the cast ED put on was overkill, to get ace wrap from drug store, or if I felt better, get a wrist brace. The pharmacist saw my arm and suggested I go to Columbia MO for second opinion. I did; my arm was in a cast next day. Second Dr did full assessment of my arm, and asked about my daily activities. Still getting follow up care. Dr Bailey did nothing except charge me. Save yourself! Go to CoMo

Have been seeing dr. Bailey for 12 years. He has always helped me with my pain management and did an excellent job on putting the rods and screws in my lower back. He and his office staff is always there for me in a pinch. I would say that anyone he can't help is not willing to help themselves or is trying to drug seek. The best dr I have ever been to and he seems to care about more than just my back pain when diagnosing something.

Dedicated to providing quality care, without bias. He is willing to take time to understand a patient's emotional need (fear) as well as the physical need for surgery. I know he has performed successful surgeries for patients, that other doctors were not willing to even try.

Dr. Bailey did a wonderful job on me. I had seen 2 other doctors regarding a not I had on my lower back, toward the spin, and none of them said what it was or that they could even help me. I was told by a family member to check with Dr. Bailey, so I went to see him and he ended up helping me by doing surgery to remove the mass. He was very kind at the appointments and came out after the procedure and talked with my family. I have not had anymore pain.
