I recently took my son to Capitol Oral Surgery to have his wisdom teeth removed. The office staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome the minute we walked in. Dr Batson took the time to make sure we were comfortable and well informed throughout the process. After the surgery, he personally reached out to check on my son which was great because I had a few questions. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone who needs oral surgery.

I recently had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Batson, and I cannot recommend him highly enough! From the moment I walked into his office, I was met with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly and professional, which immediately put me at ease. I had a couple teeth removed and an implant was placed. It went smoothly, and I experienced minimal discomfort during recovery, Dr Batson personally followed up with me the night after the surgery. I had my wisdom teeth removed after putting it off way too long. I made Dr. Batson aware of my fear of dentists. the doctor and staff took great care of me and made sure everything went smoothly. I had absolutely no pain during recovery and simply took ibuprofen regularly as instructed.

I can't say enough about how kind, compassionate and knowledgeable Dr. Batson is. He patiently explains the issue and treatment options without ever making me feel embarrassed about the condition of my teeth. He is the ultimate professional who is all about the solution to the problem. Because of my experiences with Dr. Batson and his staff, he was the obvious choice to do my son's wisdom teeth removal. And after each procedure we always get a follow up call that evening, not from his staff, but from Dr. Batson personally, to check on how we're doing and to see if we need anything. I highly recommend DrBatson, especially to those putting off having work done.

I have always been a nervous nelly when it comes to seeing Doctors - and I had to have reconstruction to my upper lip due to trauma from an accident. Dr. Batson was so kind and considerate of my feelings and took the time to explain what he was going to do before surgery and called me personally afterwards - His staff was amazing and i felt very welcome and comfortable - Definitely recommend Dr. Batson and his staff.

Dr. Batson helped me tremendously with my TMJ pain. My jaw had completely locked up on me. He gave me botulinum toxin type A injections and my joints loosened up almost immediately. I can now eat pizza and salad again. I couldn’t bite into the pizza or chew the salad before. I can rub my lips together after I put chapstick on. I can pucker my lips together to kiss my husband. I can yawn without my jaw trying to lock up on me again. He has made a world of difference in my life. He and his staff were professional and attended to my personal needs. A few months later, he injected steroids into my TMJ joints. I had to be knocked out for this procedure. I was very nervous but he and his anesthesiologist were amazing! I asked them not to give me ketamine or anything that would make me act crazy like in the TikTok videos. I woke up from the procedure and felt perfectly normal. I was so relieved! I highly recommend Dr. Batson!

My daughter was put under general anesthesia for a dental procedure (tooth extraction as well as placing a bracket and chain to a canine that wasn't exposed). The chain was brought down to the incorrect side of the tooth, which caused us to have to come in for a second procedure to get it correctly placed for her orthodontia. The orthodontist said it's a relatively common procedure and she's never seen it messed up. We had to have it revised. The orthodontist suggested we go back to Dr. Batson. She called him ahead of time to review what needed to be done, sent x-rays, and I explained it before he 'corrected it'...only to find out the next day that it is still wrong. So now my daughter has had 2 procedures that were wrong from Dr. Batson. I have no faith in Impact Oral Surgery or Dr. Batson. I will not ever go back and will not recommend him to anyone. If I could give him zero stars, I would.

I’ve had two implants and an extraction from Dr. Batson.He was professional and thorough in explaining what to expect. He called after procedure to make sure I was continuing to do well. I would highly recommend Dr Batson and his courteous staff!

I had extensive work done by Dr Batson and I couldn’t have been more pleased. I had 5 implants and a permanent bridge. He and his staff were very professional in every way. I felt comfortable and well informed at every step. I also received follow up calls to check recovery. Dr Batson has my highest recommendation.

Saw dr. for about two minutes after initial X-ray. He stood at the door and when I asked him if he wanted to look at the tooth to be extracted, he said no, that he saw everything he needed from the X-ray. Didn’t see him before or after surgery. No information about how the surgery went or what to expect. And forget about ever getting a call back. It just doesn’t happen…

It’s been a year since my surgery for removal of 6 teeth. Dr Batson dropped one and it went into my bronchial tube. But I wasn’t told a tooth was missing. I spent 4 days coughing and choking, being told to take my antibiotics and steroid before I went to the emergency room. Then I spent days in the hospital, had a bronchoscope to remove the tooth. All at my expense. I have stage 4 cancer and now in addition to the bills from that I have bills from this surgeons negligence. If he had told me he had dropped one I could have spent less time in hospital and a lot less time being sick and coughing non stop. Not once have they reached out to me to pay for the damages caused by this. Not once has any calls been made after I asked why they didn’t see there was a tooth missing. You’re just on your own if he hurts you. They even sent me a bill.

AMAZING! I HAD A 15 TEETH EXTRACTIONAL SURGERY THIS MORNING, ITS NOW 7:50 P.M.THE SAME NIGHT AND I FEEL GREAT! VERY PERSONABLE PEOPLE AT IMPACT ORAL IN BRYANT ARK. DID A FABULOUS JOB ! AMAZING !

Sister, had a horrible exp. Had to go to E.R.aft there & no response from Dr. Batsons office. Chest black & blue & 2 lrg sores on lips.

This dr is now in Russellville Ar at Ark Oral Surgery. He seems too busy to interact with the patient. He spent 2 minutes at the consultation standing at the door entrance and we never saw him before or after the oral surgery. We waited one hour in the waiting room for a 20-minute surgery. The first nurse we saw at the consultation was gruff and curt. The 2nd nurse on the day of the surgery was very kind. It is an unusual atmosphere and very impersonal…the entire office and dr almost have an assembly-line approach to its patients. This seems to be common in areas like Russellville where there aren’t a lot of choices for oral surgeons or where the number of choices for a good dr is limited.
