If I could give this place 0 star I would. I been waiting to write this review, as I am also going to email this to Northwell Health as well as a complaint. Back in mother's day in May. My 4 year old son was not feeling well complaining of serve ear pain. Keep in mind it was mother's day- plus I was 20 + weeks pregnant. I called prior to coming to this location and was told without an appointment was a 30 min wait, which is understandable. When I arrived at the location the front desk receptionist ask if I had an appointment. I told her no, I called and was told if I come now there is a 30 min wait. She stated that I must have talked to the call center and was misinformed because the wait is 3 hours. I ask her if there was anyway he could be seen earlier as my 4 year old son was crying in my arms in so much pain. She said I cant do anything about it. I stated that he is crying and in pain can they please help! From over the counter I could hear a male say "You and everyone else". I wa

He ok care of all my kids at one time or other. Kind and caring. Bright and insightful. Listens what a gift fir a doctor. He has my long term respect. None better.

Awesome, and we really miss him, we wish he were still there.
