Dr. John Boston, DO

Dr. Boston has always been very professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly, treats everyone so personably and really cares about concerns with patients. Answers every question I have, even the hard ones. I was really impressed with him from the first visit several years ago , through my appointments a few months ago. I have referred many friends and family , and will continue to do so. He is the best!

Do not recommend. Doctor Boston watched my father in laws kidney numbers fall over the course of at least a year without ever mentioning it to the patient. Now, the patient is in kidney failure and still awaiting a referral freom Dr. Boston to a specialist. Its been days of asking for the referral. Nothing. Do not recommend.

Dr. Boston has been our family physician for well over 12 years. My husband has a terminal lung disease along with other related dependency issues. Dr. B does not stand on a soap box- he listens and respects my husband's issues...as well as the needs and concerns of the often-times forgotten caregiver (me!). He is #1 in my book. No white-coat attitude, relaxed and caring. He takes the time to listen and we never feel rushed to get the hell out for the next patient. Going to the doc is not a spa experience, but this is the BEST doc I have ever been fortunate enough to have look after me...and my family.

Dr. Boston is very professional. He takes time to answer all my questions about my health and treatments. We always discuss any options that are available. His office staff are always polite, competent, and professional.

I flew form Fairbanks for an appointment with him. It was well worth the trip. Very through. Top noth in my book. Benson was great too.

Office staff have become more difficult to deal with over the years, reflected by Dr Boston. Info seems to get lost, Very little proactive (even std) testing is done.

Dr Boston is never rushed, he spends as much time as you need with you. He's caring and compassionate. I never wait long in the office,if he's running late he apologizes.

I seen Dr. Boston for about 6 years. This office is very unprofessional!! One of the PAs told me she was calling me a prescription in to my pharmacy. A week later when I went to pick it up, it had not even been called in!! When I ask for blood work results or any information sent to a hospital or another Doctor it isn't always done!! I tried to talk to the office mgr. and was dismissed! I have had nothing but problems after problems with this Dr.
