Dr. Botts was very friendly and easy to talk to. I had a rare reaction after surgery and he followed up with me and stayed in contact to help find a resolution. He was very comforting and showed a real interest in me.

Had a procedure done at a clinic in network of the Insurance. Was told by United Health the procedure was fully covered. No Idea how an out of network Anesthesiologist was allowed to work in a Network facility. I did not ok this nor was I told he would bill me almost $1600. He is being reported to State Insurance Board, reported to Medical Boards, and a possible lawsuit, If you want to join class action say so in a review. His office refuses to drop the fee.
