The office staff is maintaining safety measures like maskingand social distancing. My wait time was average for a busy clinic around 15-30 minutes. The staff, both front and back office and including the providers are pleasant and caring. An overall good experience.

The office would not allow me to schedule my annual appointment without an establishing care appointment first. In California a Doctor can establish care in the annual appointment. One reason a doctor or medical group would like to establish care outside of the annual visit because they can now bill your insurance and for both appointments. The annual visit is free for the member (thanks Obomacare) but the establishing care visit would have left me financially responsible. I called my insurance to file a grievance and they have found me a doctor who will do the establish care visit at the same time as the annual visit. Please stop telling patients this "has" to be done this way as it is a specific policy to your office and contradicts the health care policy I bought through my work.

His direct no nonsense approach to treatment is refreshing. Explains in terms patient understands when dealing with questions. Even on uncommon (TB) infections is very thorough going.
