No empathy
I don't feel that he took my concerns seriously. He almost made fun of what I was there to discuss. I am very proactive in listening to my body, but I feel he thinks I am wasting his time. This was not the first time I felt this way.

I met Dr. Cho in Feb.,2017. At the time, I was gravely ill and had been misdiagnosed by an ER doctor of the type of cancer that I had. I had heard great things about Dr. Cho so I scheduled an appointment for a 2nd opinion. I was at death's door when I went to see Dr. Cho and his first comment after he told me how bad my condition presented at the time was "I have hope". He said there's no cure for what you have but I can prolong life and he moved Heaven and earth to do just that. I am grateful.

I want to express my deep gratitude about your attention given to my situation during our appointment this morning, 12 October. You are worthy of all the good reports directed about you; and I will also be 'singing' your praises as well. Thank you so very much for your detailed and informative information. You are, indeed, a credit to your colleagues and your profession. Sincerely, Arthur Locke

I started seeing Dr. Cho after leaving a doctor I had seen for 3 yrs. Dr. Cho has been wonderful! Some great surprises: A) Dr. Cho actually SCHEDULES appts. (unlike my other doctors who send-out form letters mandating the next appt date/time B). He takes the time to discuss the research & explain why his recommendations are the best option. C). He LISTENS to his patients (and gave me a referral to an ENT at my initial appt). The ENT finally diagnosed Menieres-- After I had suffered for 4 yrs.
