I was a patient of Dr Choe. He told me things during visit that were against his clinic policy. When I informed the manager, he lied and said that he never said them, then worked to ensure that I could not get care. His loyalty to colleagues and org is far greater than his loyalty to his medical oath. Can not recommend.
