Patient care and Compassion
After following Doctors instructions on the medications, we needed a refill. After calling it in on a Tuesday and every day the rest of the week nothing happened. Asked 2 times for a nurse to just call to just give me an explanation nothing happened for 4 days Friday everyone went home, and my wife hurt all weekend. So, either they do care or are just lazy. So, a simple 2-day job will be over a week to just get a refill

Dr. John Clough is a wonderful doctor. He treated me after a horrible wreck in 2016, I had two broken vertebrate, he did my surgery at Research Hospital and put rods in my back. I credit him with my being able to walk today. God sent him to me in 2016 and he has been a blessing to know as my doctor and now my friend.

Dr Clough is extremely knowledgeable and skilled as well as one of the most compassionate doctors I have had. He never makes you feel pressured or rushed. He takes his time and discusses everything throughly making sure you understand your problem, your options as well as the plan of treatment. His staff are all knowledgeable kind and patient as well. Even when I had it all straight when I left, got home and got it all confused and called back. His Nurse Practitioner and nurse took the time to help me get it straight again and go over it as many times I needed. His receptionist scheduler and all office staff have been professional and friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Clough and his office

I would 100% of the time refer people to Dr. Clough and have. He changed my life (after 24 years of chronic pain) by listening to me and giving me a plan to follow and finally his amazing surgical skills. He really cares about his patients.

Dr. Clough and his team are excellent! The office staff, his nurse Jessie, and Richelle, one of his Nurse Practitioners are amazing, friendly, compassionate, caring and they take the time to go the extra mile. Dr. Clough is brilliant and knowledgeable and he takes the time to share his knowledge with you, while still being down to earth with a great bedside manner! He takes time to explain things and answer all your questions and never makes you feel rushed. He lets his patients be part of the decision making for different treatment options and he is able to 'think outside the box'. I have been amazed with the care I have received by Dr. Clough and his nurse practitioner Richelle, and I am so thankful to have been referred to his office. The care I have received far surpasses all of my expectations.

We had gone with an appointment with just his PA and after a thorough appointment with her, she said she wanted us to see Dr. Clough. He came in and spent an additional 30-40 minutes with me and my husband. He saw I was and had been in pain for a long time. They made room for me in the surgical rotation and Hoping for a positive outcome.

Thank you Dr. Clough and staff. I never thought that I would ever be with pain. I've dealt with my severe low back pain for 20 plus years with heavy narcotics. The pain pump you implanted is a miracle. My pain now is now about 0 or 1, a far cry from the 7's and 8's I used to live with. To say thank you is not enough. I'll be forever grateful to everone.
