Do not recommend
Do yourself a favor and do not go to this doctor. Every staff member is unprofessional and noone seems to be able to follow up or do their job. You can't get scripts renewed without multiple phone calls. No one answers the phone if you try to call. Even if you walk in, you get ignored or treated like your bothering them and it still isn't taken care of. Staff is rude and Dr missed some really important signs of pre cancer and didn't even discuss or follow up. Very condescending and brushes you off when you try to discuss a concern. Thank goodness my new Dr made my health a priority.

Not at all. Tests done but no results.
I had tests done but no results or medical advice from Dr. I called multiple times, then finally gave up. Tried to talk with Dr about covid rules, masking, waiting in car for appt and he said that never happened. Not sure if his staff or nurses were undermining him but that shouldn't be my problem. If you can't contact your Dr for results or medical advice, why bother. When they called a year later to say I needed a physical I said maybe I do but not with you.

Dr. Colombo, the PAs and nurses are great. The office staff are terrible. Unless you are calling to make an appointment everything else is a major hassle. I’ve had the same prescription refill sent to the the wrong pharmacy multiple times. I had a covid test done and results were ready 2 days later but no one ever called me about them. I even went in the office to ask about it 4 days later and was told the results weren’t in when they actually were. This resulted in me missing 3 days of.Good luck needing a simple question answered - they’ll just forward you to the voicemail box which takes at least 3 days to get a response. I’ve had them not even return my calls. They’ve sent me emails asking for a review of my most recent visit and never follow up with any negative responses I’ve left. I’ve complained to Dr. Colombo in person and gotten nowhere. Apparently there is no accountability there. It’s really too bad because Dr. Colombo is a great doctor but his support staff are pathetic.

Practice is very unprofessional. Would have to continuously call to have medications refilled. Wouldn't pre authorize medications. Staff was rude. Worst practice EVER!!!

He takes the time to truly listen to you as a patient. Instead of just treating the symptoms, he tries to find the root of the problem. He also sits down and makes eye contact. My visits don't feel rushed.
