Incredible experience!
Dr. Cook is truly amazing . The expectations desired for my procedure were both realistically advised and achieved. Dr. Cook is patient, encouraging and attentive. There’s no question he won’t answer and his Staff are a beautiful reflection of him. They are professional, courteous and available to assist you in anyway necessary. A medical procedure of any magnitude can be frightening and why it’s imperative to choose the right physician for you. I highly recommend Dr. Cook for your surgical journey. You’ll not only be in capable hands but the best!

Such a great staff.
Dr. Cook and whole staff at Whole Beauty Institute are just the kindest medical professionals I have ever seen. They all go out of their way to treat patients with consideration. I wanted to look like myself only better and that was the outcome that I got. Thank you

Unsanitary and elderly
His office staff and office is lovely. He seems like a nice man. However, he took my stitches out without gloves at my post op appointment. He also didn’t wear gloves several occasions. I had to have revisions due to the surgery not giving results. He is elderly and I don’t think that is the best when thinking of a long term relationship.

Dr Cook gave me my face back!
After years of abusing myself living the life of an advertising executive I finally saw the light and began practicing self care in earnest. Once my physical, mental and spiritual goals were being met it was time to focus on my outward presentation. Dr. Cook and his team rebuild my face using 30 photographs from my youth. The result is a healthy, vibrant, handsome, age appropriate face that presents as if I had taken care of myself all along. Dr. Cook performed the miracle of giving me my face back.

I had neck/chin/jawline surgery with Dr. Cook and I am thrilled with the results. It has only been 9 weeks since surgery but I feel fantastic. It was done in his office under local sedation I have lost my lumpy/saggy jowls and profile and gained my confidence and feel better about myself. Dr. Cook is the ultimate surgeon who seeks natural perfection in his work . He is the epitome of the perfect surgeon with a kind, caring, and calming disposition. And his staff is the same way!!! They are all professional, upbeat, concerned and caring. They get it right every time when you come for a visit or follow up. I'm in my 60's and I'm so glad I finally had the courage for the procedure, I should have done it years ago. Whatever procedures you may be interested in, consider Dr. Cook first

Dr Cook is a phenomenal doctor. I had no doubt that Dr.Cook would make my breasts be in proportion to my body. I had a great experience with the surgery, before, during and after. Dr Cook’s staff was “extremely”caring as well, making me feel as if I was the most important patient. The entire office is so kind and personable... my “new best friends”! I felt like a queen!! It’s been 6 weeks since my surgery and my scars are greatly diminished. The bruising was minimal and gone after the first week. My breasts have never looked more natural. I love them!! The best results from an awesome doctor!! Thank you, Dr. Cook, for changing my life. JR

I have seen Dr. Cook for multiple cosmetic procedures including lipo and fat transfer to hands and face, Bodytite, and Facetite. During the consultations, Dr. Cook set realistic expectations for each procedure. He was thoughtful and professional and gave me the information I needed to make the best choice for myself. Dr. Cook did an excellent job, and the results look natural. People used to guess me to be about my age, but recently people have guessed that I am significantly younger! I've been extremely happy with the results and will definitely return to Dr. Cook's office for any future cosmetic procedures. Also, something that has been important to me is that everyone in the office, from the receptionists to the aestheticians to the nurses, are both highly competent and very nice. It's a warm and welcoming environment.
