Dr. Craig is exceptional! He is highly skilled with a great compassionate bedside manner. He explained all possible surgical procedures in detail and likes to go with the most effective non-invasive procedure first. He is my “ go to” surgeon for any heart related surgeries from now on. I put my life in his and Jesus’ hands and trust him 100%

My mother (98 years old) had multiple blood clots in her leg. The options were, surgery to try and clear the arteries of the clots, amputation or a chemical drip to bust the clots. After consulting with Dr. Craig, he shared his concerns and view of success with each option. Based on her age, health and immediate need for blood flow to her lower leg and foot, we elected the surgery option. Dr. Craig was concerned, compassionate and fully open with us on the risks vs. benefits with each option. Dr. Craig started my mom's surgery at 3 am due to the urgent need to save her leg. The surgery went off with no problems and complete success. She is now in recovery and doing well. I am beyond pleased with Dr. Craig and his caring, compassion and skill. Thank you Dr. Craig.

Dr Craig did open heart surgery on my mom May 21 2019. He came in on a Saturday night when he wasnt on call and made my mom feel comfortable with him and she knew she was in good hands. He visited the family after surgery and explained everything in detail and even asked everyone what relation they were to my mom. He answers all of your questions. This Dr is where he should be, doing what he should be doing. I want him to know that he is an awesome surgeon.

Exceptional technical skills yet a humble and caring man who started as a volunteer in an ER and worked hard to become one of the finest Cardio-Thoracic surgeons in the US. Not only is he a caring and compassionate physician, his staff is very courteous, efficient, and as caring as he is. There wasn't a day that wen't by before and after my surgery that Dr. Craig was not in my room and one of his staff was in my room later the same day. Dr. Craig and his staff treat you like you are family.

The doctor business is all about making money and not getting a patient well because that is less money for them!Dr. Craig did not treat my mom well he performed his so call “successful” heart surgery that resulted in my mom’s death! I would not recommend a dog to him! I am still not over my mom’s death but I will let God deal with him! He played under my mom to get insurance money and knew that this surgery may not turn out well but he thought that experimenting was more important than her life

Dr. Craig is nothing short of amazing. He met with me the evening before my husbands surgery around 11:30 pm to explain the surgery and answer any questions I might have. (He had an emergency surgery prior that's why it was late). He is kind, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. His staff is second to none. Dr. Craig is a blessing!

Did aortic valve replacement for me. Outstanding technically, saw me often personally, good manager who had competent staff also check me frequently. Saw that my family was kept in the loop, provided outstanding care for me and for them, the entire week in hospital. Procedures explained in detail in advance. Any questions answered quickly, makes you feel like you are the most important person in the room. I am still in followup care, trust him and his staff implicitly. We had NO surprises.

Amazing cardiac surgeon. Great bedside manner. The only Dr. who comes to visit daily, no matter how long he's been in surgery that day. Very caring and compassionate. Willing to take the time to answer all questions, no matter how trivial.

Dr. Craig took the time to answer my questions before surgery (a couple of weeKS before and the morning of), not overlooking my thoughts and concerns. I even ask for pictures so that I could see exactly what we were getting. Love that each step of the me and the familyway he was making sure that me and my family were informed of the next step.
