I was very disappointed with our visit with Dr. Dallenbach. We scheduled an urgent care visit for my daughter who had been suffering from a bad cough and was wheezing while we were visiting family for the holidays. He chastised me for asking him to explain something again, and proceeded to tell me the reason the services took so long was because people like me had to ask things twice. He then told me to go somewhere else the next time my daughter needed help. Next he made a comment insinuating that I wasn’t “from here” and that’s not the way people from the Berkshires talk, when I told him he needed to work on his bedside manner. He told me he didn’t need to because he was a “successful” pediatrician. This was such a bizarre experience, and I’ll definitely not go there again. I notified my local friends who send their children there, and they most likely will be finding a new pediatrician.

Has been the pediatrician for both of our children, there in the hospital to check on them every day we were there- he is very knowledgeable in a vast number of things and very caring. A lot of my friends told me he was the doctor to get. Sometimes it takes a few months to get him, you’ll see all the nurses first unless you want to wait, but all staff is nice!
