Dr. John Daniel, MD

Was in the need for a new Dr., met Dr Daniel and his staff, all I can say is awesome, not rushed, friendly staff.

Dr Daniel is very knowledgeable and follows up on any medical issues. I highly recommend him and have to family and friends.

(Cont). On my way to turn in my license, I saw the Shelton Dove Clinic for sleep disorders. I met and instantly liked Dr. Daniels, who scheduled me for the sleep clinic, along with starting me on what ended up being my life-saving medications. Dr. Daniels gave me my life back. He is my biggest hero. How do you ever thank someone for having the knowledge and know-how to completely change a life of resignation to a life worth living once more? Dr. Daniels humbly refuses to take any credit, no matter how hard I try. I am in my 60's, and have never had a doctor like him, nor do I ever expect to. His quiet, calm voice will settle anyone who is afraid of what is happening when experiencing sleep disorder symptoms. My story, unlike my father's, has a happy ending, as it would for anyone seeking help for any sleep disorder, life-altering illnesses. This doctor and his office is borderline criminal! They told my husband his CPAP machine and supplies would be covered 100% by our insurance company, then proceeded to send us a LARGE bill of almost $800. After reviewing the items billed, we were actually double billed for several of the charges, once before insurance and again afterwards. Adding them together rather than billing just what was owed. Then they have continued to add to it every single month, not in late fees, but a fraudulent code billed through insurance, for product never received, totaling an additional $200. Supposedly to make sure that we were not selling the machine, but that was not to be returned and usage could have easily be verified through the internal SD card. I have made numerous calls to them trying to figure out this bill, with NO return calls whatsoever. Now they have sent it to collections and we're having to consider involving an attorney. Such a mess! Save yourself the headache and stay away!

I love Dr. Daniel, but his staff is incompetent, condescending and slow. Getting prescriptions renewed often takes 2 or more phone calls, but getting my sleep supplies accurately is almost impossible. I finally started driving all the way out to Puyallup because the communication between offices and staff could never get the supplies correct.

I had my first visit with Ryan P.A. and he was very personable, knowledgeable, and proactive. The medical clinic has late afternoon and early evening appointments which was great. Thanks Ryan for the great care.

EXEELLENT DOCTOR WITH STRONG KNOWLEDGE IN MEDICINE HE IS COMPASSIONATE AND CARES ABOUT HIS PATIENTS.

I first went to Dr. Daniel to get a prescription changed. During the office visit he said he'd get the preauthorization and order the medicine. Advised a sleep test. Sleep test taken and results given by PA. After over 2 months and several messages and he still hasn't requested the preauthorization. Whenever I call during business hours I only get an answering machine. Messages aren't returned except once when I threatened to get another doctor his secretary called back. And no med yet

Dr. Daniel spends time with you, shows compassion, and is a wonderful physician. Would not hesitate to recommend him.

Very incredibly knowledgeable. He is in many circles of his kind in the medical field which I feel provides continuity. He has earned high honor but represents as humble. He does what needs to be done, even if it means missing part of his lunch break! He is immaculate in attire, ALWAYS which to me is a symbol of character (role has a large part of that last fact). I wish the world was full of Dr. John Daniels!
