Dr. John Disilvestro, MD

I have been a patient of Dr. Disilvestro for four years. My first visit was a treat that has lasted all these years. Dr. Disilvestro does not just stare at his computer, ask you questions, and then prescribe a pill. He studies and follows up on your past and present medical problems, relating them to your individual cardiac health problems. . He not only listens but hears you. He thinks outside the box, and knows a lot.He has kept me in the best of health and has always been one step in front of me...a medical leader, who actually lowers my high blood pressure when I'm in his office. When he discusses a medical issue, he becomes a caring psychologist as well as a medical expert. I am 89 years old; but in his hands, I am 89 years young.

I have been seeing cardiologists for the past 40 years and have never seen such a thorough and professional cardiologist. Dr. Disilvestro actually gets to know you and spends quality time with you at each appointment. if you are looking for a cardiologist, look no further, he is the best in Boca Raton.

Dr Disilvestro is a caring, competent and absolutely thorough doctor. I had been to 2 previous cardiologists since I moved to Boca Raton from NYC and the last 2 doctors had me treated by a PA and both times there were errors made in my treatment that put me in the hospital. Dr. Disilvestro does his own work and analysis and treatment. He calls back, and was present at tests and procedures I had to have. He is wonderful! And I thank him for his getting me well.

Both my husband & myself use Dr. Disilvestro as our cardiologist. We have complete trust in his being in charge of our heart issues. He is a very caring doctor. The office staff are helpful & courteous.

I don't recommend this doctor, he is more interested in bringing his patient to clinic for minor things so he can bill for the visit. He does not even talk to me if I need some thing, but rather have his secretory call and do the work for him.
