The procedure went well and was virtually painless. Dr. Eun is a fantastic proceduralist and physician who I would recommend to anyone. There was an MA in training who did not seem ready to work with patients quite yet though she had direct supervision from the experienced MA.I would highly recommend this location and my experience was great with the procedure itself

I opine the thought of having a central answering system makes it difficult to reach the individual doctor or facility. i WAS TRYING TO REACH THEM WITH AN IMPRTANT QUESTION HOURS BEFORE MY PROCEDURE. NOT PLEASED. HOWEVER, WHEN I CALLED TO CHANGE ANOTHER APPT THAT I HAD, I WAS QUITE PLEASED THE PERSON AT THE CENTRAL ANSWERING WAS ABLE TO TAKE CARE OF THAT AND REBOOK ME IN A SEAMLESS MANNER.

From the first person who called me to set up my initial appointment to everyone after, this has been an awesome experience. Everything was explained thoroughly by everyone involved, including reception, ultrasound, medical assistants and doctor. Still, I was rather apprehensive about the actual procedure. The MA, Melissa, and doctor made me feel very comfortable and at ease. My BP was slightly elevated prior to my procedure because of my apprehension, but I definitely will be at ease for my next procedure. The MA and doctor were very thorough in explaining everything that was happening during the procedure. The MA made me feel at ease going home with the instructions she gave.

The entire staff was helpful and answered all my questions! Everyone was friendly and that made the procedure seem easier! The young lady in the procedure room was awesome, she made me feel comfort and explained everything she was doing and why.Also Paul who I saw at my first visit helped me relax and was very knowledge in answering my many questions!
