He was unfriendly to my kid and wouldn’t consider various treatment plans. He was too stuck in his opinion and wouldn’t consider any other suggestions. We won’t be back.

Worst customer service! Me and my family have been having some issue with this office for a couple months. When trying to resolve them we got Octavia on the phone she was extremely rude and never could help. Witch is aggravating why have someone answer the phone who can’t help your clients. We were trying to resolve some billing issues but the billing department could never find our files not by my sons bday, my bday, or my wife’s bday. So I left a message for the office manager to call back to try to resolve these issues. She cut me off and while trying to explain to her our billing issues stating there was nothing she could do! I explained I was hoping she could inquire so we could get it resolved because it’s a pain when I have to jump through hoops to pay my bill. She would not even attempt to help. Then started trying to excuses Octavia horrible customers service. I would stay far away from this place! It is not worth the headache I promise. Worst experience with a doctors office!

I took my son for a second opinion about his delayed growth (his previous endocrinologist was horrible) Dr Galgani was wonderful. He told me things that the previous doctor did not and did a full workup. We found out my son was growth hormone deficient. Dr Galgani includes my son in the conversation and doesn’t just speak to me. He is very prompt in returning phone calls and always answers all my questions. I am so glad I decided to get a second opinion and, as a nurse, I highly recommend him.

Dr. Galgani is very knowledgeable about children, but never fully listens 2 parents concerns. He also pressures me n getting flu shots & rushes with my kids. He told my daughter she practically wasn't sick, when she was. He can also be a bit rude & straight 2 the point with words. He doesn't strive 2 reconcile a problem.
