I just started using him a few months ago but, my husband has been going to him for over a year. This office and all staff are wonderful. I never have trouble making appointments and they always follow up. Our whole family uses him now.

Great doctor! Fairly easy to see him. Office staff was pleasant and the blood draw wasnt horrible. lol

Making an appointment isn't too terrible, but I have been a patient of his for a while now. The problem is the staff. They either mess up a blood draw and have to send you off to a lab, or never call you back when Dr. Garcia refers you out and you have to keep following up.

Takes an act of Congress to even schedule an appointment! The receptionist by the name of ROSA wants to ask many questions then just tells you if we can see you in we'll call you. So if they can't see you they just leave you hanging! Just over a simple checkup!
