Dr. Gilchrist resolved a 8-month sinus infection
Having gone through the typical process related to a chronic sinus infection, I landed in Dr. Gilchrist's office and boy am I glad! He took a very conservative approach, but ended up operating on me and it worked! He's an incredibly gracious man, genuinely caring and desirous of a good outcome and uses his training to achieve this. I recommend him often to people who have exhausted the typical processes. I'm glad he chose this profession.

THIS IS A CONTINUATION I RUN OUT OF SPACE. I MEANT TO GIVE THIS DOCTOR A ONE-STAR only. I DON'T KNOW HOW IT CHECKED FIVE. IF I CAN GIVE THIS DOCTOR A "0 STARS" I WOULD. The complaint continues here. I told the receptionist that it needed to be corrected because I need to take Dr. Gilchrist's report to a Neurologist. She started arguing with me, she told me that the Dr. won't change anything. I later asked my husband to call the office manager, and she told my husband she will investigate 3 weeks later and she never called back. My husband just called yesterday the office manager, and she said the doctor refuses to make any changes, even though he knows he made a mistake, (HE IS CORRUPTED) and gave no reason why he won't change it. This is a very unprofessional office. I will not recommend this doctor, and his nurse is even worse. I will file a complaint with the state. He has no manners, he is arrogant, racist, and rude, and his nurse and office staff are the same.

Dr. Gilchrist took care of me last minute yesterday after my PCP diagnosed me with an abscess on my throat. He got me in quick and treated me for it. Great gentleman...very friendly and comforting. I haven't had much need for an ENT doc in the past but will seek him should I need one in the future.

Dr. Gilcrest is friendly. Just be prepared to be asked for your co-pay before you can even complete your sign in procedure. I had to stop half-way signing in to give them my card. They do not mess around with telling you how much you owe.
