I had a problem and needed to see the doctor when the schedule was full. They made sure they fit me in. The attitude and professionalism in the office is incredibly good. Best doctor I have had in my lifetime.

I went to Dr Gordon to have my annual physical. It was the most incomplete of any physical I’ve had in over 40 years. I asked a question about my sore throat and said it’s probably sinus drainage. His answer was do not let an EMT stick a scope down your throat, so in addition to the physical bill I got an office called bill too. My 15 minute physical cost $475. It was nothing more than an inadequate office call which they would never make right or adjust the bill. No lab work was done—simply a 15 minute visit. The Mayo Clinic doesn’t even charge $475 for 15 minutes.

Have been a patient there for many years. In the last couple years it seems that the quality of service has started to decline a bit. The last couple visits I don't feel that he has explained treatment options or the risks of various options well and feels more "assembly line" like. Their focus seems to have shifted away from patient care more toward making money. After my most recent visit, I am considering changing doctors...I'm just afraid that average quality of healthcare in the U.S. continues to decline and this is the new normal.

I have been Dr. Gordon's patient for over 25 years and have not had a single issue with Dr. Gordon nor anyone else in this practice. Dr. Gordon is not only a compassionate and dedicated physician, he listens carefully to everything I have to say and answers every question I bring to an appointment. Best Doctor in Colorado as far as I am concerned.

Very professional and caring. Listened carefully to my concerns. Took his time making a diagnosis and offering solutions. Explained the prescribed meds and advised me to not hesitate to contact him again if my symptoms worsened. I don't know what more you ask for during an office visit. Thoroughly pleased.
