Dr. John Harris Jr, DO

My family has been patients of Dr. Harris for over 40 years and up to today I was happy with the service. We called to get an update on my husband’s case after weeks not knowing what was going on and a very rude person named Felicity got on the phone and began telling him how they were waiting on insurance approval and there was something wrong with his back but she couldn’t discuss it over the phone and he would have to wait for something in the mail. I called our insurance provider and they assured me part of his referral had already been approved and they were waiting on Doctor’s orders to approve the next step. So I called her back to let her know what our insurance had said and she did not even let me speak. She went on about not being able to give me info about my husband so I passed the phone to him but she did not let him speak either. Really? Forgive him for trying to find out why his legs are in so much pain he can’t walk or for trying to find out why he can’t sleep at night.

Dr. Harris is an ok Dr. Old school. But his Staff, except for Deborah, are terrible!!! I'm sure im not the only one when i said I never felt welcomed. The receptionist and medical assistant were always so rude. Never willing to help. I dont recommend this office to anyone. I wish his staff was different because I liked the Doctors experience. It's hard to find a descent Dr.s office who cares. So sad. :(

He is great. He takes his time looking through past history and examining you. I finally have a good primary care who knows what he is doing. I had problems finding a good doctor. I have been going to dr Harris for the last 3 years and i have no complaints.

Horrible. He stopped my important meds. He didn't care about my health. Don't go there not worth the frustration.

Billing department continues to say I didn't pay. In fact billed me twice. Even sent it to collections. Been there 5 times in person to correct the problem. Still waiting on them to correct this problem with the collection agency. However the worst part of this story is Dr. John Harris refused to refill medication without discussing with me. Moved on to a new Dr.

Dr. Harris is a phenomenal Doctor! and has a clear understanding of my difficult diagnosis. My care has never been so thorough!!!
