Thank you Dr. Hawkins! You care, understanding and action have changed my life. I have been through so many tests, procedures, therapy, medications only to continue to get worse. I have been stuck in at least 6 months of cervical debilitating pain and loss of motion due to that pain. I find my way to you and not sure if this would be just another appointment to nowhere but you amazed me! I never thought that I could feel like I do, I had forgotten what it was like to hold my head up, look up, down, left and right at all without great effort and extreme pain. I am like a new person again, like the old me before this cervical condition took me down. I am so grateful to have met you! We need more doctors like you! I will be seeing my family and grandchildren soon, thanks to you! In my book, you are my hero.

I worked 28 yrs with physicians and knowing I wanted to get my health history & concerns presented and listened to, I was overbearing. Regardless, Dr. Hawkins understood the health situation I was in and gave me the choice of a pain free treatments until I am further diagnosed by my oncologist. The staff and Dr Hawkins was more than professional yet on the friendly, fun side that I appreciate. I look forward to my next appointment.

Dr. Hawkins was professional and did very well with explaining things to me. What didn’t settle well with me is that he seemed very annoyed with having to be there doing his job. So, I felt rush and was unable to get all the answers I needed or wanted; while at me appointment.

I was treated promptly. My check in was done very quickly. The intern staff was concerned about providing me the treatment I was there for. Doctor Hawkins is a very knowledgeable provider. The accuracy of my injections are very well placed.
