We were in very good hands. Both Dr Hurwitz and the staff at Summerfield took great care of my mom. She has been in a few different nursing facilities and this was by far the best experience and care. Thank you!

Great Doctor. Easy to communicate with. Was very much on top of my medical needs. This is my second time under his care. I was recently at Summerfield Post Acute. Years ago I was at Park View. It was good to be under his care again.

Dr Hurwitz was attentive, reliable and easy to talk with. All the staff members spoke very highly of him.

Excellent doctor. Listened attentively to our concerns. Very thorough in asking all the right questions. Explained the pros and cons of various treatments. Knowledgeable, friendly with a good sense of humor.

Dr.Hurwitz comes to see his patients at Parkview and Summerfield 4 to 45 days a week, amazing bedside presence and also ensures he is very involved with the patient's plan of care.

I was a patient at a skilled nursing facility. Park View Post Acute. Both this doctor as well as the staff were amazing.

This doctor failed to test for a UTI, although I told him I was having symptoms and requested a test. As a result, I was admitted to the hospital with an untreated UTI that had turned into Sepsis.

Dr. Hurwitz may be a good doctor. However, the Nursing Home that I stayed in for 10 days, had him as my doctor. I saw him 3 times for 15 minutes and my bills are over $300 dollars. I did not ask him to be my doctor. I did not go into a contract for him to be my doctor. If I had known, I would not have allowed him to talk with me and to service me. I am recovering from Cancer and his office threatened to send my invoice to a Credit Agency before I have returned to work and off Disablility
