Poor doctor! Would never trust him only saw him once and will never return. He asks inappropriate questions that a doctor really shouldn't ask. And the questions weren't medical related btw.

Dr. Jacobs is careless in nature in treating patients. Dr. Jacobs is ignoring specialist orders when Prescribing medications which in turn put my health at serious risk which I believe to be careless. Dr. Jacobs had all this information about my previous medical history along with my list of what meds I couldn't take in his chart all along. I am submitting a complaint to the Arkansas State Medical Board on this matter as well. But heads up if you see this physician. Will not be returning.
