My first visit was a great experience! I did have an issue with the lady at the front desk, but after leaving upset with her, I almost immediately got a call from the man sitting next to her to resolve the issue. Doctor Jefferson and his staff were very kind and I would definitely recommend him! They took their time with me to explain everything, and made sure to go over every detail!

Dr. Jefferson is honestly the most caring and compassionate doctor I’ve ever met. He’s extremely intelligent as well. He explains things in a manner that can easily be understood. I took my 91 mom to him for a memory evaluation. He treated her with such respect and we left there feeling very good about everything. Even though it was clear she has mild dementia, he couldn’t have been more gentle and kind. I highly recommend this doctor.

Dr Jefferson is an EXCELLENT neurologist . I have been seeing him for several years as I suffer from epileptic seizures . He is such a caring Dr he’s called me multiple times after hours checking on me and I’m March when I had 2 emergency surgeries for a ruptured bowel came to the ICU and made sure the bed was padded in case I had a seizure . He may have a time limit on visits but if YOU NEED HIM, he is there! He’s a really good Dr and doesn’t let you leave his patient room until you understand your treatment plan, even prints it out for you. He’s a STELLAR physician and I highly recommend him

Dr. Jefferson was fully prepared before the appointment with information from my PCP. He was very thorough in interviewing me and with the exam. The expected diagnosis was clearly stated, and he made an excellent and appropriate suggestion that I further consult with a referred neurological specialist in my disorder. Also, he saw me promptly! Very personable man. Great visit.

Displayed muscle twitching with my neuropathy. I was able to get an appointment very quickly. Dr. Jefferson is very thorough and explains everything so I understand.

After my appointment with Dr. Jefferson I felt comfortable and confident that he is a doctor who cares about his patients. I didn’t hear the usual “what brings you here today”. He has already reviewed your chart, listens and will discuss your concerns, and, suggest the next steps towards improving your health if needed.

Dr. Jefferson had taken time to read my medical records before we even met for my appointment. He then listened & responded to all of my concerns. I left the appointment feeling great confidence in Dr Jefferson & hope for a resolution to my issues

Dr. Jefferson could not give me a diagnosis but assured me that my problem was not life threatening. He did a very thorough examination and review of my exrays and mri which put my mind at ease. Dr. Jefferson was very professional and reassuring.

Had terrible migraine headaches and Dr. Jefferson was able to get rid of them. I was afraid I was losing my memory and the Dr. and an a new Dr. gave me several tests. But they also spent a lot of time talking to me and reassuring me and letting me know what to watch for in the future. They went the extra mile. I appreciate their kindness and expertise.

had an MRI done on a Friday, they said Dr will have Monday. I called Wed. left a message that I was wanting to here results and please call. After not hearing from anybody Friday afternoon I went to his office. I was told to wait and somebody would be with me shortly. I received a phone in lobby ( covid ) somebody in his office said they had the file and Dr Jefferson said there is really nothing I can do for the pain, will just need to live with it. I have never had any contact with Dr Jefferson since first and only visit.

I would without reservation recommend Dr. Jefferson to anyone I know and anyone who asked me if I was seeing a neurologist. He is very experienced and knowledgeable, soft spoken, patient oriented, answers any and all questions. He has gone the extra mile taking a call on his way home to ensure that I could get the medication I needed. Dr. Jefferson is a doctor you can trust to always have your best interests at heart.

Even through ZOOM meeting, Dr Jefferson is re-assuring of my status and well being. Went over test results thoroughly and I am satisfied.

I have good visit , he took time to explain my concern. He was honest to let me know he didn’t have a solution for my problem , but he recommended others alternatives.
