Plan on spending 30 min searching for parking space at the location and walking maybe around the hospital to this office. I’ve seen them turn patients away that were 10 minutes late, then leave me sitting in a exam room for over 2 hours. Since my surgery in 2014 I have never seen Dr Kelley again, his associates tell me I need to have knee replacement and only Dr Kelley can get the ball rolling so I ask them to make sure they get me in with the Dr next time. I wait months supposedly because the Dr is so busy and the appt is with another PA who contradicts what I was told during the last appt. take your own pain pills when having surgery because it took 18 hrs post surgery to get them in the hospital. Then the PA who was doing patient rounds for Dr Kelley offered to get me something like morphine pills if I would agree to be discharged that day. The nurse told him they can’t do it it was too late then told me there is no way I’m ready to leave and please don’t let them push me.

One of the worse provider out there! I have managed care/ Medi-Cal, his office didn’t want to give me an appointment with him but his PA only. I told them I was willing to wait and they finally ‘granted’ me an appointment with him. 16 hours before my appointment, they called and told me the doctor has ‘rearranged’ his schedule but the PA can see me, or I have to wait for another 6 weeks. This doctor should be omitted from the provider list since he doesn’t want to see any Medi-Cal patient. His office practices bait and switch, totally immoral.

Review long time overdue. I had total knee replacement surgery approximately 2 1/2 years ago by Dr. Kelly. I had each knee done separately 3 months apart. He had been referred to me by another doctor in a different specialty. I found Dr. Kelly to be a very attentive and compassionate doctor from the very first appointment. yet very professional.--a very "get down to business" doctor that still had a human aspect to how he approached the patient's medical needs. I would recommend him highly.

This was the worst experience I have ever had in a medical office. Dr. Kelly is personable, but ultimately did nothing to properly diagnose or treat my injury and my care kept getting passed off to an assistant, Sean, that knew nothing about my case and had no interest in diagnosing the injury. Their main interest was injecting the area (the wrong area) with a steroid to bandaid things. On top of the poor care and customer service, they then tried to bill my insurance for false procedures.

One of the hardest fields in medicine is to diagnose. I had symptoms after cervical surgery unrelated to specialties listed herein. It was by mistake that I was scheduled with Doctor Kelly. He asked me about my symptoms, he listened attentively. I pelted him with questions. Maybe yet another surgery? He went to his computer and showed me information regarding my pain and worries and said: your situation is one of wait and see. Don't rush into anything. 2 weeks later symptoms began to fade
