Friendly and made sure you understand.
I have seen Dr Kim twice, I liked that because his care at this time only required 2 visits, no extra visits, which helps with the pocket book. Staff is friendly & helpful. Ms Rosa was wonderful for my pulmonary function test, she explained things clearly and had patience with me.

never met the man. two phone visits. a third visit was questions thru his nurse as he's apparently is to busy to assist his patients directly, as I struggle to control asthma. His last message thru his nurse was, " i have nothing more to offer". This is just what I don't need while struggling to breath. He either lacks compassion or specialty skills...or both.
