Adore this doctor!
I’ve been going to Dr. Kim for at least 20 years. Appointments are easy to schedule and times are with a couple of minutes of scheduled. He is thorough and patiently explains everything. His front office staff is equally lovely and the office is wonderfully calm!

Poor bedside manner and front of house staff
His front of house staff are very rude when it comes to asking simple questions. Unfortunately, they possess an attitude that is very off putting and condescending. Dr. Kim's bedside manner was very poor. Before I was able to finish explaining my condition and history, he cut me off and went ahead with the tests. After completing the tests, he didn't even bother to tell me why I'm experiencing the symptoms that I have. He said if it gets worse, come back and we'll consider surgery. 1. Why would I need surgery?2. Why would I need to wait for it to get worse before I can get treatment?3. What is my diagnosis?
