A true gem of a doctor
Dr Kulus and his staff were like family to my husband and me. We received excellent care for many years. Since he retired it’s been hard to replace him!

Dr Kulus was a true lifesaver for me and still a good friend. He is now retired from his practice and the office is closed.

Currently, dr Kulus has maintained all licensure, and is in accord with all their stipulations. He now limits all care to farm workers in the mid willammete valley. Their is no charge for this care, and is accessed through select people’s closely related to the needs of these people.
