The staff was friendly. His nurses were very nice attentive and professional. Dr. Lavo was very nice and took the time to understand my problem. He told me the plan to correct it. His nurses made sure I understood how to take the medicine. Will use him for my ENT doctor.

My main desire from a doctor is “ do I trust them “ ? I found Dr. Lavo to be a great listener , compassionate, gentle ( not a bit of discomfort) , and yes , I definitely trust him completely . I have been looking for a “ trustworthy” ENT and got very fortunate by finally finding a great professional in Dr. Lavo .I’ll continue to be his patient and will definitely recommend him to my family and friends .

So personable, he knew I was upset that my pulsating tinnitus was much worse and reassured me we need tests to make sure there are no vein blockages. I knew our time would be short, do I wrote out a lengthy letter describing my hearing loss. He read it. He was worth the 30 minute drive to see him.. He is my superman!!!

My son has had a multitude of ear infections and strep, and significant speech delay so he was referred to Dr. Lavo by his pediatrician. The audiologist in Lavo’s office indicated my son had significant fluid behind ears. My son’s pediatrician claimed his tonsils were the largest she had ever seen. Lavo refused to treat my child. He told me “I’m sure you can find an old ENT that would be happy to do it. If not, I’ll see you in three months”. Thank goodness we did find an older ENT that was happy to do it and amazed that my son was refused treatment by Lavo. Dr. Hilton removed his tonsils and adenoids and put tubes in his ears two days ago and I can tell a monument difference! My child is pronouncing words correctly for the first time in just 48 hours. He is no longer snoring or waking up gasping for air! He can hear finally after years of every sound being muffled. I could never thank Dr. Hilton enough for how he has helped my baby.

Dr Lavo was very personable and accommodating. He listened to our concerns and then tried to help identify the problem we were having.
