Dr. John Limperis, MD

Dr Limperis is a wonderful, compassionate doctor; for the most part, his staff is not. I would give him 5 stars; his staff, zero. You likely will not get a call back from the staff. They likely will not know why you came to the office (even though you have an appointment). To me, the most irritating thing is being talked to like a child, in a childlike, sing song voice - with a few eye rolls thrown in if you don't fully comply with this "nurse's" instructions. You might also hear sing song complaints about you from this "nurse" from the back office, so you and everyone else can hear. Overall it's a very unpleasant experience. Sorry, but a great doctor needs a great staff.

Had a great visit BUT, he had not reviewed results from an MRI. Said they would review and get back to us. One month later, called to remind them. NEVER received a call back. I understand he is going the concierge route. I would never pay a premium to use Dr. Limperis.

Been with this doctor for several years. This doc was always very attentive & kind over the years, & listened to my concerns, & typically acquiesced my needs. However, he picks the worst nurse practitioners for his practice. Patricia, his old ARNP would protect Limperis from any communication outside of an appt and so does the new one. No biggie, but the amount of time I see the doc is usually very short and direct. No more bedside manner. The ARNP & nurses/techs usually handle the appts. My last appt, I didn't even get to see Limperis. Just the ARNP, and this current one is a lot like the last. Looking more at numbers than she is patient concerns and needs. I have a few meds that I take daily and when they stop working, I need to switch. Trying to request this sort of switch is like pulling teeth, and requires more appointments to "discuss" and "confirm" my needs. Which means $$$. It's sad that I have to, but I'm going to have to find a new doc who will listen to me.
