The Worse staff you can expect. My wife has been calling to schedule a follow up after his hospitalization and we haven’t been able to see him. She’s getting worse with her vision and his staff doesn’t seem to really care about that. Even after he told us to follow up in 2 weeks. Never see this doctor.

I saw Dr. Lincoln for a 2nd opinion in 2012 and have been his patient ever since. I interviewed for a job elsewhere and would have flown back here just to see him. No joke. I had a horrible experience with my diagnosing physician and Dr. Lincoln is everything my other doctor was not. He takes time to ensure I am ok and answer any questions I have thoroughly. I have been incredibly lucky thus far. I've had the issues others mentioned about them not getting back to me right away and sometimes the wait is long, but I am willing to sacrifice a bit of my time to see the best. He is worth it.

I’m currently a patient and has MS Dr. Lincoln is currently my physician I love this man he is a good listener and knows a lot about multiple sclerosis. The staff don’t care about the patients I have to call so many times for three months and no call back or email back the desk always says they will notify someone about my concerns but no one follows up. Even my nurse and I had a flare up called this morning no called back and it’s currently 8:51pm 3-25-2019 how professional is THAT!!!!

I have RRMS and I travel from Louisiana to see the UT physicians. I switched from Dr. Nelson when she left Houston to Dr. Lincoln. I found Dr. Lincoln to be very knowledgeable and polite. He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. His staff is just as nice. My husband and I both really like him. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Lincoln has been my Neurologist since I was in the hospital and diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis 5 years ago. He has been by my side the whole time. He is always patient, kind, and understanding. No matter hows many times I ask the same question he always keeps his patience and will continue to explain things until I or my husband understand. We don't know what we would do without him. He always gives his time during appts never rushed out. He make sure everything taken care of.

I have had RRMS for over 5 years. My MS is very advanced. Dr. Lincoln is THE best doctor I have ever seen. He goes above and beyond any expectations of any doctors I have seen. I have great respect for a doctor who says no to me, who knows the most recent research and who is willing to do whatever it takes to help me, in a bad situation that no one can fix. I highly recommend him. I found him by chance but know that I was supposed to find him. He is the best doctor one could have.
