Not impressed
Referred to see Dr Little for perforated eardrum. Saw a NP back in July. She said come back in 6 weeks see Dr. little in person, was wrote on checkout sheet. My husband and I took off work, we arrived at 9:45 for a 10 appt to be told he not here today. We apologize it’s on us, we knew and didn’t call you. Was given 3 options. We chose to see Dr. Ray at 1pm bc we drove almost hour for appt and we wanted information. So stayed at hospital for 3 hrs bc we didn’t want to leave and deal with construction and traffic again. At 1pm we saw a NP not Dr Ray. We were NOT told until he walked in. He was very knowledgeable and informative but couldn’t determine what type of surgery if any. Took picture for Dr. little and was told we get a call in 24 hrs. My husband had to call 3 days later and leave a message, finally got a call back day after leaving message. Told yes a tympoplasty surgery is required but to follow up in 6 months to see dr. Little in person. Really! Get it together ETCH ENT!

Wonderful ENT
Dr. Little has been with my sons until they aged out at 21 since birth. Dr. Little has been able to provide them with knowledgeable and up-to-date technology to provide hearing. Surgeries included with excellent aftercare!!!

Child deaf in one ear owing to his surgery
I am writing this review years after my child went in for tympanoplasty and emerged with sensorineural deafness from an unplanned mastoidectomy that I was asked mid-surgery to approve. I was not informed of how likely this was to result in hearing loss. Just spent another sleepless night mourning the loss of hearing, years after this incident.

Terrible office staff
Dr Little is amazing he has treated two of my sons for many years. The office staff are terrible. Your appointment is always wrong, wrong location, dr isn’t in…this happened about 4 times. I spoke with the office manager and she was rude!! She typed up 3 sentences herself stating the confusion with the visit basically blaming me…but couldn’t spell my son’s name correctly. I hate it. I truly love Dr Little but his support staff is a nightmare.

Dr Little has performed surgeries on all 3 of our children. We felt extremely comfortable on all 3 occasions and we loved his staff. He also followed up with us after the surgeries. He made our children feel very comfortable and we highly recommend him and his staff.

Dr. Little is an outstanding doctor. We are so grateful for the care he showed our family in making a diagnosis for our child. We truly were impressed by the surgery process through his office. He called us personally to follow up post surgery, and the results have been a blessing. I have and will continue to recommend him to loved ones.

Dr Little is a wonderful, caring doctor. He has completed surgeries on two of my sons in the past 5 years. I appreciated how much time he spent with us explaining everything before surgery and how to care for our boys postoperatively. I would 100% recommend him to anyone who asked. Thankful for a physician that treated my boys as his number one concern when we were with him.

Dr. Little has been our doctor for nine years now. He’s performed eight surgeries on my children and there’s no one else I want working on my child in this area of expertise. He’s not only a very knowledgeable doctor, but I also think he cares about his patients. He is just as friendly outside his office as he is when you are in his office. The fact that he’s a Christian man is also very important to our family.

His office needs a complete overhaul in scheduling staff! Every visit 1 1/2 wait to see Dr. For 10 minutes just to reschedule another visit to sit and wait again and again..... advice walk out of your appointment and get another Dr. His credentials are great, that is the only good thing I can say.

My son need ear tubes after several infections. My pediatrician recommended Dr. little’s Office. Everyone there was so kind and helpful. His nurse worked with mine and my husbands schedule so we could get the tubes at a time that was convenient with our work. The surgery center was very efficient as well. Dr. Little turned a stressful situation into an almost pleasant experience.

I was referred to Dr. Little's office by our pediatrician for my 7 week old's Stridor. We unfortunately didnt even see the doctor. After waiting 1 1/2 hours, we inquired with one of the nurses regarding the wait. We were rudely told the doctor was currently doing dictation, there were 2 other patients that needed to be seen first, and that she didn't do the scheduling. No apology, nothing. The wait and the response showed such a lack of concern that we decided to leave and find alternative care.

Dr. Little has been treating my daughter since she was 2 and my son since he was 4. He has removed both of my children's tonsils and adenoids and as a last result, performed sinus surgery on both of my children. I love how he is so personal with his patients and how much time he gives you during your visit. The staff is extremely friendly and the PA staff is amazing. I wouldn't take my children anywhere else.
