Dr. Liu is the best. He take plenty of time with me and answers all my questions. He saw a problem on some blood work and referred me to specialist for further testing. Test came back positive so because of Dr. Liu I will be getting the treatment that will save my life. I will never go to a different doctor. His office will always get you in to see a doc if you have a problem. The wait time in his office is always short. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Liu and his office staff.

I see dr liu regularly and it's upsetting because nothing I need is ever completed by him. Every visit goes the same way "ok I will order these tests and send in refills for your meds it's all quick on computer" yet every appointment is wasted going over a lot of same stuff because those "quick" tests and refills are never done. It takes months to get one thing done and that's after dozens of calls and drives to the office. Don't even get me started on Shannon and Alex who are useless.

Dr Liu is nice to talk to. Good personality but NEVER EVER EVER follows through with plans. Writes down notes of what he needs to do to help you like medications or tests or calling your other doctors but he never does it. Wanna reach him? Good luck. You can call his office 3 times a day everyday for weeks and have to constantly leave voicemails cause no one answers or calls back and when Shannon does answer she interrupts you and says she will call back never does. Ever.
