I had a problem with my plumbing system: it was not working. The medical practice I go to recommended Dr. Lossee of Urologic Surgeons of Washington. Dr. Losee determined the solution would be surgical, and he performed the surgery. And the problem is fixed. He is an optimistic physician, and he got me through the exams, surgery, and post-op care.

My 8:30 am appointment was canceled at the end of the business day the day before it was schedule. No contact from the office to explain. Hard to trust your health to a practice that can’t get the basics of customer service correct.

I saw Dr. Lossee after kidney stone in 2016 and I've continued to work with him (due to kidney stones) and I have to say he consistently goes above and beyond in care provided and his main nurse is amazing. When we first met I was a crying ball of tears as I had a kidney stone that was too big to escape on its down. Dr. Lossee was kind, compassionate, and fit me in when other urologists wouldn't take me seriously. He offered many options and I was quickly scheduled for surgery. The surgery was seamless and he was also great throughout. I've had some issues recently and he has bit able to work with me even in the pandemic and I just so appreciate the quick response and patience.

Awesome doc. Wait time was long for vasectomy consultation but he took his time when it was my turn. He explained everything to my satisfaction. I went for the procedure today and was very pleased that it was just him and I. No assistants gaping at my junk. We spent 45 minutes while he snipped away taking guy talk. I like him as a person and as a doctor. I very highly recommend this doctor.

Very poor experience. On hold for 10 minutes when calling the office at least three times. Made an appointment that the office failed to record. Cannot reach Dr. Losee even after being told to call him. Dr. Losse is a poor listener. Came to exam room with 7 year old records and did not have or reviewed several more recent visits. Obviously unprepared and uninterested in my health.

My review isn't so much about Dr. Losee, but his staff. I have been leaving messages for his assistant Sara to schedule my surgery. She hasn't returned one call to date.

After numerous calls and in-person discussions with billing staff, the Nurse Reilly, and Dr. Losee, a $500 billing error has yet to be corrected, so far as I can tell. Watch out.

Dr. Losee is trustworthy and responsive. He gets behind on his schedule because he takes all the time needed with each patient. We planned my treatment together and he shared with me all the data (from current research & medical stats) I needed to make an informed decision. He has a good sense of humor which is appreciated. Dr. Losee let me decided the way forward which included a biopsy. He and his nurse were both great pre- and post-surgery.

Very unprofessional. In a five minute discussion Dr. Losee explained I most likely had bladder cancer. No tests were done, no actual exam, only my description of symptoms. I asked if there was any chance of it being anything else and he shrugged his shoulders and said yes, but nothing good. This was quite a few months ago and through tests and more extensive questions from two other doctors I was treated for a much lesser issue and am now fine. No cancer.

Dr. Losee is a self-centered egotist, who does not think enough about his patients. He made a mistake in his scheduling with me, which caused me to take time off work, but rather than admit it, he decided that I had not been fair to him when I criticized him for it. Rather than apologize, he became upset with me. Of course, he also lectured me about how he has been a doctor for many years, and he could not have made the mistake. Choose another doctor if you have the choice.

My 18-year-old daughter saw Dr. Losee after being diagnosed with two kidney stones at the ER. Not only did he keep her waiting for almost 2 hrs, but he failed to inform her of the pathology results on her stone. After almost a month and ANOTHER kidney stone, I called to get the lab results faxed to us. They had received them on approx Apr 21 and on May 10th, I finally got ahold of them to have the report faxed, but by then she'd had ANOTHER kidney stone that might have been prevented. AVOID!
