Rude and rushed
Dr. Malloy performed a procedure on my teenage son. He did not take ANY time to explain the procedure, or what to expect afterwards. The day of the procedure, they sent my son back out bleeding and just gave a school note and stated he didn’t need to come back for anything. Needless to say after a follow up with the orthodontist, which was a week after the procedure, the orthodontist said he needed to return to Dr.Malloy for complications. We went back to Malloy’s office the next day, and he was nothing but rude and maybe spent 2 minutes with my son. Terrible experience would not recommend him to anyone.

Extremely professional and friendly! I had to have four teeth removed. 2 wisdom teeth, and two molars right next to those wisdom teeth. I've had my fair share of dealing with and hearing about sketchy dentists and the horror stories of getting wisdom teeth removed, but my experience was no Horror Story and my experience was absolutely exceptional. I am in a wheelchair and his office was extremely accommodating for people in wheelchairs. I went in for the appointment and waited about five minutes before they called me back for my procedure. During my procedure, it was explained to me what they were doing as it went along. At no point did I not understand what they were about to do. When all was done I was surprised that the appointment was over! Absolutely no pain and no issues with my extractions. I will return to this practice and this doctor again if I ever need an oral surgeon again because my experience was just extraordinary!

No "bedside manner" from Dr. Malloy or his staff; they simply want to see how quickly they can get each procedure done without taking time to care for the patient's questions or concerns. Procedure then involved complications that could have been avoided with communication and they did not want to deal with follow-up. Overall impression from our experience: You are a number, not a name, and the higher the numbers the more money they make. Would not recommend and we will advise others to do all they can to find a different oral surgeon.

He did not say hello before my surgery or ask how I was going. He did not take the time to explain the procedure. He just came in and started anesthesia and emphasized how he just wanted to get it done. I felt rushed out of the office and not cared for what so ever by the nursing staff or him. I would not return again, it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had.

Dr Malloy listened to my concerns in the initial visit and he and his staff addressed them immediately upon my arrival for a wisdom tooth extraction. The procedure was quick, painless, and actually a pleasant experience. i highly recommend Dr Malloy!

I went to have five teeth removed, and he was not very friendly, after the procedure My husband came back to recovery the Dr talk to my husband and said the one root of my tooth was attached to the bone and this was attached to my sinus he put a hole in my sinus. When I was in recovery my husband had to hold me up so they could take my blood pressure, I could not even hold my self up, the nurse & my husband had to carry me out to car. Went back to get checked and he was very ignorant. bad choice
