Dr. Marshall is a wonderful doctor, whom out of two other pain management doctors, is the ONLY doctor whom asks the same questions each time about your condition & also is the ONLY pain management doctor that actually physically examines me during each and every visit. He takes the time to ask questions about how your condition is and if there have been any changes and also takes the time to ACTUALLY LISTEN AND ANSWER any and all questions that you may have. Out of a five star rating , I would easily give him a “TEN”! He is one of the most wonderful doctors I’ve ever been a patient of. The absolute ONLY complaint I have with (not even him, but the office), is the wait time. That is HORRIBLE!! I have NEVER ONCE BEEN THERE in the 3 yrs I’ve been a patient) where my wait time has been less than 2 hours. The most time I’ve ever waited is 5 hours.) That is UNNECESSARY BY ANY MEANS, and is a problem solely with scheduling & overbooking!
