Dr. John Martin IV, MD

Dr. Martin is great! He takes his time with his patients and explains everything so well!

My elderly father and I were both sent over here for separate issues at different times. But when you question him about the issue, especially, on a followup appointment, then you can see him change, and you get quickly rushed out. Apparently, he does not does not like to be questioned. I want a doctor that will work with me to figure out the cause, instead of repeating the same thing over and over. Also, if you come back and you're asking questions about a spot that was 'froze' off and was supposed to fall off and didn't happen, there is no need to get an attitude about it. Speaking for myself and for my dad, there are plenty of other fish in the city. We also going to talk to our primary care doctor about removing this office as a recommendation for referrals.

Very efficient. Explains diagnosis and treatment well. Would recommend to family/friend.Was able to get appointment quickly . Office staff efficient. Waiting time was reasonable.

Tried to schedule an appointment with Dr. Martin based on the wonderful patient reviews. But unfortunately, I found his staff responsible for scheduling new patient appointments very fussy and uninformed. My insurance was new to her, so I asked my insurance to give them a call. But certainly, that was not enough!!. It was a frustrating experience and I ended up cancelling the appointment. Would not chose a doctor's office with staff who are unprofessional and uninformed.

Dr. Martin is friendly, SMART, listens carefully, and knows exactly what is needed. He spotted an early skin cancer and referred me to a surgeon who could remove it quickly and (mostly) pain-free. He checks you thoroughly and spots problem areas. His advice is sound. I rarely have to wait more than a few minutes to get in. Highly recommended.

Absolutely the most thorough skin exam I've ever had. Dr. Martin is kind, considerate, takes the time it takes, makes one feel as though he is dedicated only to one's own care at the time, not rushed at all. Answers all questions thoroughly.

I depend on Dr. Martin for various skin problems. He is kind, informative and competent. My son's family also depends on him for an assortment of concerns.

I've been struggling with my skin for a few years and was previously seeing another dermatologist who did not help me (nor seem to care very much) about trying to help. I decided to book an appointment with Dr. Martin based on his online reviews and was very impressed. He is very kind, has a wonderful bedside manner and is very informative. His office staff is also fantastic. I definitely recommend him.
