I visited Dr McLimore after a fall at the fire department. I felt like he worked for the WC and not for me. Our last visit he came in angry because I was laughing with my RN Case Manager- Said "You are laughing so you must be 100%" He then had me move and touch painful areas which were 4/10 pain. Announces that I'm ready to go back to work and have not given a true effort. Based on a biased test called an FCE that is designed to prove the pt is ok when they are not. I Would Never Let Him work on me in future. Most unprofessional doctor I've ever met in 27 years as firefighter/paramedic and I have met some poor doctors transporting the sick and injured. STAY AWAY FROM HIM. If I could give negative stars I would.

Dr. McLimore was by far one of the rudest physicians I have ever encountered. He seemed incapable of listening to any answer that exceeded 5 seconds and frequently talked over me with his own responses to the questions he had asked me to respond to. This often resulted in incorrect assumptions and conclusions about the nature of the problem I was seeing him for. He did prescribe two medications but only mentioned that he was prescribing one. There were no instructions given on the second medication and I had no idea if it was to be taken on an as-needed basis, or what exactly the medication was indeed, for. It appeared that Dr. McLimore was in a hurry to leave the office and his attention to detail was extremely poor. I can appreciate that we all have days when we want to be places other than the office, but when you are responsible for people's health, you are held to a higher standard.

He kept my father addicted to obscene amounts of opioids for nearly a decade despite objections from family members. At one point our family intervened on our own to detox my father - which was successful. He was opioid free until his next visit a few weeks later. At that time he prescribed even higher doses of two different opioids at the same time. This continued until the laws changed in 2014/2015 that made doctors in Indiana more accountable for writing pain scripts. Then, all the sudden, he agreed with our family that my father didn’t need painkillers.

Workmans comp doctor. Explained away all issues as preexisting condition, even though the symptoms just happened to coincide with the injury. Should not be practicing medicine with the lack of empathy and concern.

I see it just exactly as another reviewer of how horrible it was to have him give my back injections! I also was not given enough sedation and was begging for more as I sqwirmed in horrible pain as he was shoving the long needles in my spine! He said you've had enough several times as I could hardly take the excruciating pain he would tell me to lay still & quit moving! I started crying because of the pain and his lack of empathy! also he never came in to see me before or after procedure. Done

He told me that his MRI was 10 times worse than mine and he works every day. He said there was no reason for me to be having pain. He said I didn't need surgery but sent me to a surgeon. He also changed my work restrictions between appointments without even asking how I was feeling. I had a serious issue that he missed and a new doctor found.

I was totally dissatisfied with the level of sedation given and treatment during my procedure. I was awake for the entire processed and begged for the medication I was told would be given prior and during my injections. After the procedure myself nor my family ever saw Dr. McLimore again to even discuss the outcome of what he was medically able to do.
