See a Psychiatrist
He wrote in his notes that I should probably see a psychiatrist. I’m waiting for Dr. Moore’s referral to a shrink to assess a very real physical problem that I paid him to try and investigate - after I failed to receive meaningful help from an ENT. Thanks for half-heartedly doing an expensive endoscopy I requested. But no thanks for gaslighting me about my condition - that is still there whether he believes me or not. Still searching for a diagnosis.

Positive Experience
The staff was professional, friendly and calming. It was my first colonoscopy and I was very nervous. Shortly after entering the procedure room and before the anesthesia was administered (all of which was a quickly done), the lights were dimmed and it was immediately calming (no glaring bright lights) and the doctor didn't move the sheet/blanket until have I had gone under; thank-you. It's the little things that make you feel calmer and it was so appreciated; I felt as though the staff respected my privacy, as best they could in the situation. I had a follow-up question as soon as I returned home and the nurse came to the phone immediately and was so sweet. No need to leave a message and wait for a return call. The whole experience was positive. Thank-you all so much! Highly recommend!

Thorough and Patient
I have been very impressed with Dr. Moore’s thoroughness. He has always listened to what I had to say and has always been very patient and never in a rush. I also like the way that he isn’t afraid to think outside of the box when trying to find and resolve my issues, after the obvious have been ruled out.

Dr. Moore is a knowledgeable doctor and took a personal interest in my condition. However, he only works in the office 1 or 2 days a week so scheduling is in the distant future. When I missed an appt for personal issues, I went back on the books 2 to 3 months out. I asked what would happen if I had an emergency and needed to see Dr. Moore and was told I would have to wait till they could get me in 2 to 3 months out. He is too difficult to get in to see. His nurse and staff are nice but I question their ability to communicate to each other. Our relationship has been difficult due to his lack of availability.

I found Dr Moore to be straight forward and professional. After asking some questions and examining me, he was direct in his plan of addressing my issues. I have only seen him twice, but have been impressed each time. Very knowledgeable and kind.

After waiting 3 months for an appointment, Dr. Moore's office called the night before my appointment to cancel because I had seen another gastroenterologist in the last 6 months. If you're looking for a second opinion...don't bother!
