No follow through; poor experience
Poor experience. My husband saw Dr. Moore several times after a referral from his main cardiologist. Each visit the ball was dropped, confusion, frustration, and little follow through on their side. He had a loop monitor installed and they didn't have the password to retreive the recordings. Seriously? My husband spent countless hours trying to following up on medication, scheduling appts, etc- all things the clinic was supposed to do and didn't follow through on. Dr. Moore was not reading his own notes. He seemed confused what meds my husband was taking, despite being the very one ordering them. When deciding to get a second opinion, he was dropped as a patient! Everyone deserves a second opinion. My husband is a kind and considerate patient, not at all pushy (hence why I'm leaving a review instead of him) but he's very disappointed in the care he received. Now we must drive 4.5 hr for a new speicalist. Inappropriate and frustrating.

Dr. Moore gave me back my active life
Dr. Moore took time to listen, not just about my heart issue, but about my life and how I perceived it to be impacted by AFib. He explained what happened, and how it could be addressed, and explained a few “what if” scenarios. He performed my ablation, which has been completely successful. St. Mary’s is very fortunate to have Dr. Moore on staff.

Dr. Moore was not a good doctor to me, He told me that I was to young to have a Ablation Procedure done. I seen him 1 week prior to him relocating to Colorado, leaving me unaware that I was back in A fib, and not to return to doctor for 6mths. I was totally shocked to learn that I had been back in A fib since my last visit. I feel I was robbed of 6mths. of my life due to him not being professional. Just to meet my new Cardiologist and him setting me up to have the Ablation Procedure to be done A.S.A.P I wish Dr. John Moore a better Doctor then he was to me!

I came to Dr Moore with llttle hope ofgetting any help. Imet with Dr.Kinn first and he passed me on to Dr Moore. They both were great! Dr, Moore explained what the options were ,what the risks were and what the success rates are for an ablation. He also told me there were other procedures they could try if the ablation was unsuccessful. My fomer cardiologist had told me that there was nothing he could do for me except medications that made me feel awfull. 12 months later and I feel great.
