He was very impersonal and quick to try and explain her condition. I was not impressed with bedside manner. We felt rushed and even tho, we felt that she should have been admitted to hospital, he said that he was sending her home.

I took my son(7 years old) in to hillcrest hospital for a rash that appeared. my son did not like his ears being touch and Dr. Neuffer didn't offer any reassurance to him. he talked to me as if I was dumb to bring him in for something so little. when telling me how much meds to give he said MG and said you can convert it in to ML later since you work medical. I was not pleased AT ALL.

In taking my husband to the ER this afternoon I was faced with not only the ER visit to treat him (he had fallen while outdoors). Dr. Neuffer had very limited time to address my questions. I understood the importance of working with the physican in advocating to keep he and I in good health. My questions and inquiry's we're dismissed and not addressed or answered. I'm sure Dr.Neuffer will be gladly accepting his quartly bonus for seeing his quta of medicare patients although not providing.

Dr. Neuffer was extremely kind and very thorough when we visited the Greer ER yesterday. Any questions that we asked- he not only answered but, explained his answer to us. He was calming and assuring during a stressful time for me.
