Terrible office staff - zero personality and quite curt. Norvell is terse and dismissive of questions. They just want to get you in and hook you on allergy shots without explaining the course of treatment.

Great! He was approachable, knowledgeable, concerned with making sure I got the testing I needed but not ordering tests that I'd already had. Very honest in his assessment that my issue was not allergy driven.
