Cold Bedside Manner
I had an initial visit with Dr. Pak and he was very cold and uncaring.

One of the best in the area
Dr. Pak replaced my right shoulder years ago and I have had NO problems with the joint since then. His assistant NP Finnergan is more knowledgeable than a lot of doctors out there.

Best Dr and kind
I went to Dr Pak, when my prior knee surgery failed and during covid! He was sympathetic and kind and took very good care of me. I had surgery within days and was very happy again. I will always use Dr Pak, now I need shoulder surgery and feel confident he will will offer superior support and services. He truly is the best!

Right Shoulder Replacement 2014
I have never had issue with my shoulder in 9 plus years. My wife had a right, reverse shoulder replacement with Dr Pak and was back bowling right-handed after just 3 months. We both do not understand the negative reviews about not explaining and taking time to answer questions. We experienced just the opposite!!! We will never go to another Dr as long as he’s practicing!!!!!!!!!!! He also has the best orthopedic NP assisting him, Trisha Finnegan!!!!!

Custom fit knee replacement
I have pain every night since surgery, and it has not improved. I think the robots should be used for more precise cutting.

Had total knee replacement. Got therapy ahead of me, but I’m so thankful my PC referred me to the ‘knee doc’. I was really anxious, but Dr Pak made me feel I was in good hands. So far, so good! I am so thankful for him, his caring, and his knowledge and skill.

Dr. Pak has performed two surgeries on my right shoulder. After 4+ years and countless doctors telling me there was nothing wrong with my shoulder, he was able to identify the issue within 5 minutes of seeing me. He is very kind and professional, takes the time to listen to you, and is extremely informative. He makes sure you are comfortable with every decision that is made and he is an excellent surgeon! Due to the nature of my condition I will likely have a third surgery soon, and look forward to possibly working with him again.

Dr. Pak was wonderful in answering my questions about shoulder. Plus he did the surgery and I had wonderful results! No pain meds required, just some healing time which is to be expected. Have been able to use arm without any pain and range of motion is excellent! Thank you!

Horrible! Made my 1st app. and he made me wait 75 minutes. He said my knees are completely hopeless and surgery was not going to help me at all. When I told this to my family doctor, he suggested to talk to Dr. Pak again and ask for solutions. I tried to talk to Dr. Pak but he never returned my call. Finally a member of his staff told me that if I wanted him to talk to me I needed to pay for an app. Disappointed, I made the appointment and kept it to find a solution. I had to leave work 2 hours early and use vacation time, and while having an awful snow fall, I drove to his clinic to be finally able to talk to him. After waiting for 30 minutes, the staff called my name. In the room showed up a nurse asking me all the same questions I have already given in writing at the check-in desk. I responded and asked her hoe long to see Dr. Pak. The nurse said "he needs to leave at 3:30 so I don't know". Ten minutes later the she told me Dr. Pak was not going to see me. Unprofessional!

Dr Pak was a super Doctor. He operated on my right shoulder and completed a reverse replacement. Today, I have 168-176 degree range of motion and would go to him for any other orthopedic issue. I recommend him to everyone who has shoulder or knee issues.

I have incomplete paraplegia. I ambulate with forearm crutches. Both of my shoulders were bone on bone and the pain was unbearable. In August '18 RT Shoulder was replaced. It cut my pain in half. In January '19 LT Shoulder was replaced. Dr. Pak, you got it right, twice. I am pain free without the use of any drugs!

It hasn't been necessary for me to see Dr. PAK in a while, but had to make an appointment today. He has provided me with excellent care in the past; even enabling me to avoid knee surgery after I sought him out for a 2nd opinion. My knee is fine 7 years later. I will be seeing him again for my shoulder after 8 years with no symptoms. I have had several friends who were lucky enough to have Dr. Pak as their surgeon and all had better than anticipated results. I am very grateful to him.

In 2016, my son had severe shoulder pain from contact sport injury, After an MRI, Dr. Pak issued a report stating there was no reason for my son to have shoulder pain. My son continued to have shoulder pain so debilitating that he took it upon himself to seek a second opinion from a team doctor of an acquaintance. That team doctor determined my son had a severe labrum tear of the shoulder. When given those results, Dr. Pak amended his original diagnosis..We went to Denver & took care of business.

I had two knee operations with Dr. Pak because of subluxation in my patellas. I have had issues with both surgeries, and after getting an MRI, it was shown that Dr. Pak mounted the repair ligament to the wrong part of my femur, restricting knee motion to 90 degrees. When I asked him about this he didn't seem to care and said it was livable, even though I am 20 years old and love playing sports. I had to redo my left knee with a better surgeon because the severity of the problem. AVOID DR. PAK!!!

Absolutely excellent! Dr. Pak took over my torn rotator cuff case after two previous surgeries by another surgeon failed. He is straight forward, honest & professional. I'm thrilled to say~my shoulder feels incredible! The best it's felt in over four years! I actually can use my arm with no pain. I've already recommended Dr. Pak to several friends and co-workers. With my deepest gratitude Dr. Pak~Thank you so very much :)

The whole experience was ridiculous. No communication. They forgot about me in an exam room for over an hour. They don't return phone calls. The staff is rude. The receptionist looks like she has a lot of things better to do with her low ride posture. The staff couldn't right my symptoms down correctly so I had to explain it was both knees that hurt every time. On line bill pay doesn't work. They charged me for and office visit that I scheduled because no one would return call. Out of room here
