Wonderful, caring physician and surgeon
Dr. Pearce performed my knee surgery a couple of years ago and I recently saw him for a torn meniscus and osteoarthritis for my other knee. As always, Dr. Pearce took his time explaining my condition, answering all of my questions, and carefully explaining my treatment options. In addition to being an excellent doctor and surgeon, he's a really kind person. Always impressed with his bedside manner as well as his skillful diagnosis and treatment of my orthopedic issues.

Top Doc
My appointments are always on time. I'm not sure how he does this, since I am never rushed during my appointments. He spends as much time as needed to make sure I am comfortable with the treatment. He is the best doctor I've ever seen. His staff is also top notch!

Dr Pearce
I had quite a few question about treatment options and Dr Pearce was patient, informative and personable. I am glad he took the time to explain the options. As a new patient, I was totally uniformed until I met him. Thank you.

Very Very Poor Communication
Telehealth
Him and his assistant Anna are extremely unresponsive and difficult to communicate with. As a paying patient, I have to continuously follow up with them to get answers based on tests they requested me to get. Very frustrating and goes to show the amount of care they have for their patients. Go somewhere else.

Dr. Pearce was awesome. I was a stupid college kid who thought they just dislocated a finger, I got an x-ray about a week after the incident. It turns out it was broken in multiple spots, Dr. Pearce was at the UT-Austin Clinic and offered to take a look at it. He recommended surgery as I wouldn't be able to bend or use my finger if I didn't get the shattered bone fixed and out of my joints. He got me into surgery within the next 48 hours and was a very kind and comforting surgeon. The surgery went well, and the follow-up visits were very pleasant as well. I'm so glad for Dr. Pearce and after 5 years I still have great use, and mobility from my finger.

Saw Dr. John Pearce because I’ve been experiencing chronic pain in my leg for the past few months. He saw me for maybe 10 minutes. Asked a few questions and then rattled off different possibilities of what it could be (each with different treatment options which was entirely useless information to me). At my other orthopedic doctor he would at least offer to get an x-ray to see what exactly was going on but I felt like I wasn’t taken seriously here. Proceeded to write me a referral for a physical therapist in the same office. Didn’t mention that it would be out of network so I ended up paying $150 for another useless appointment. Go anywhere else but here
