Dr Priddy has cared for four generations of my family in Salem, Va. My children were taught from an early age that sometimes he ran late because he was giving the same wonderful care to each individual and never rushed. It was wonderful to feel so important as his patient and my husband and I have missed him. You knew that once he walked in, he would do everything possible to care for you and yours.

A brilliant, caring physician who listened and never rushed, giving serious and thoughtful consideration for all our needs. A wonderful, decent human being. Carilion’s great loss.

I have been going to see Dr. Priddy for over 20 years, he is such a good and caring doctor. But for some reason he has left the Carilion office in Salem, and no one will tell me what happened to him! It's very frustrating. Does anyone know what happened? I don't like any of the other doctors there.

Dr. Priddy has been my Dr. since i moved to Salem over 17 years ago. He is always considerate and caring. He has seen me through a lot, both physically and emotionally. He was the only Dr. i have ever had that would actually pray with me. I miss him very much.

Dr. Priddy has been our family's primary care physician for more than 15 years. I even used him as my children's pediatrician when they were young. He is a terrific doctor and person. Genuinely takes an interest above and beyond just basic medicine. For example, when my kids see him, he always goes beyond the normal questions and has pretty in-depth discussions with them concerning things such as the challenges teenagers face (grades, peer pressure, drugs, etc.). Always. He really cares.
