I had the unfortunate experience of meeting Dr. Reid in the ER at Northwestern Medical Center. I had a BP of 207/110 and was having some sort of "seizure" that did not allow me to communicate well, move my legs, have control of my hands, etc. I was placed in a room without any of the normal "ER" conveniences such as blankets, bedpan, Kleenex, toilet paper (for the missing bedpan!), patient gown, etc. Dr. Reid was dismissive and condescending. If I ever return I will make sure he is not my doc

Doctor has no compassion he walks around the place like look at me I am a doc not impressed even nurse staff stated that he walks around like that poor communication skills this doctor needs a reality check one day he will get his
